I currently use my Nikon Z6II, usually using my 35mm prime lens attached. I also have a Nikon D7200 backup camera, as well as a 50mm prime lens. For lighting I have a speedlight, as well as 2 soft boxes.

I currently shoot out of my apartment in Aylmer, ON as studios are hard to come by in my area. I am hoping this isn't permanent, but please make sure you keep this in mind when booking. I will also travel to you if that makes you more comfortable. However, I do charge a travel fee outside of Elgin County. 

As soon as possible! I take on limited sessions monthly so that I can give my clients the best product I possibly can, without rushing the editing process. Newborn sessions are typically done before 3 weeks, but I can be flexible with this. Maternity sessions are usually done between 30-36 weeks. 

Yes! All clients that have sent a deposit will receive an in depth document that goes over Parent/Baby prep and things to bring to your session that will make your session flow more quickly and easier. 

Yes! I am absolutely open to any and all fun ideas you have in mind. If you have any ideas, please reach out to henandbeephotography@gmail.com and we can go over all options. Keep in mind, if there's a prop you require that I don't have and need to purchase, there may be some extra added expenses. 

The turnaround time varies depending on the type of photography service you require and how long it takes you to choose your pictures. For Announcement Photos, Gender Reveals, or Maternity, I typically deliver photos within 1-2 weeks. For newborn photos, it may be anywhere between 3-4 weeks. However, I always aim to deliver your photos as soon as possible while still maintaining the highest quality standards.

I offer color correction, skin retouching, and other adjustments as needed to ensure that your photos look their best. I will edit out any temporary blemishes (bruises, acne, bug bites, scrapes, etc..), but I won't touch permanent spots as they make you YOU (scars, moles, wrinkles, stretch marks, cellulite, etc..). For babies, I generally leave skin flakes and acne but am open to edit out if preferred. If you have any specific concerns or request for editing, please just let me know and I’m happy to talk through options! 

No! I don't want any of my clients worrying about having to purchase extra black and white images. Any and all packages come with a copy of BOTH color and black and white. Ex: If your package says it includes 10 images, technically it includes 20, as I only count images in color. When you purchase extra images, they will also come in both color and black and white.
